1 Thomas C. Coyle appeals a circuit court order granting summary judgment to American Family Mutual Insurance Company. Coyle argues that the circuit court erred because it applied the four corners rule to determine that American Family did not have a duty to defend him in this action. Because we conclude that the four corners rule is the law in Wisconsin for determining the duty to defend, we also conclude that American Family was entitled to summary judgment. We affirm the judgment of the circuit court.
